This past weekend, we traveled to Jefferson City, Tennessee for my younger brother's college graduation. He graduated on December 15th with a B.A. in Sociology/International Relations. I was so proud, yet I found it hard to believe that he was graduating.
We are doing well, and gearing up for Christmas...Christie is baking, and we enjoying our decorated house. God has been good to us in these past few months.
Our work on the launch team for the church plant is going well. We are enjoying serving in that capacity, and I look forward to leading in worship again, even though in the next few months (perhaps years even) we are seeking God on Pastoring.
Counseling is going well, and my case load (the number of people I see each week) is increasing. It can be draining at times, but I am seeing the Lord work in some magnificent ways.
Soon, I will post some thoughts for 2008 and some reflections from 2007.
I am still unaware of who I will vote for in 2008...hard to know at this point...I know some that it won't be :)
Enjoy the journey...
